At this stage, I am in the process of finalizing and organizing the overall budget allocation for our booth. In addition, I am actively reaching out to potential sponsors to secure financial or material support for our team. Simultaneously, I am also sourcing and verifying links for customized products, ensuring that we select the most suitable items.

As a visual and factual research team member, I have generated the finalized concept and product mind maps for the group ideation which included gathering the NGO’s information and researching our chosen products details as well as additional information. As a marketing and promotional team member, I have discussed on the designs of the promotional posters. I have also planned and decided on the tactical promotional ideas for the proposal such as posting on social media and more. Currently, I am planning to research the estimated costs of tactical promotional items and finding suppliers that offer prices within the budget.

The team booth I am responsible for and the description of the relevant design scheme
This time, I designed the core is to make the booth, menu and food arrangement not only reflect our [team style, such as "fresh and simple style"], but also attract people and make it convenient for everyone to take meals.
I set [specific style, such as "light blue + white refreshing wind"], and made the team logo into an acrylic sign and hung it on the front of the booth. In terms of layout, the front area is left empty for convenient stay, and the back area is equipped with a dining table, with small strings of lights and light blue tablecloths, which looks clean and comfortable overall.
The menu uses A5 size light blue paper, and the font is clearly bold. Each dish is painted with a small simple pattern (such as a coffee cup), which echoes the booth style and can be seen at a glance.
I chose two long white tables to put them together, which are as high as the waist, which is convenient to take. The food arrangement is: put the beautiful dessert in the middle, the staple food in two rows on the left and right, and packed in a uniform box of the same color. A small bouquet of dried flowers is placed next to it, which looks neat and detailed.
