1. Pitch proposal status

- 95% done. Waiting for the event name then done.

2. Pitch presentation status

- 80% done. Still need the budget allocation because we are still waiting some company to reply for sponsorship.

3. Group booth status (what have you bought? Have you contacted the NGO? What’s the outcome?)

- We bought logo stickers, next week the ingredients for oden, ingredients for asam laksa done by Hanson. 

- Yes, already contacted.

- After reaching out to the NGO, we successfully established communication and received a positive response. They acknowledged our request and showed interest in supporting our project. We were able to gather valuable information regarding their mission, recent activities, and how we could align our campaign with their goals.

1. As the secretary, I am currently working on both the proposal and the presentation slide. I’ve been organizing the content, checking for consistency, and ensuring all necessary details are included.

2.Proposal: 95% completed. We are still finalizing the campaign name before submitting the full draft.Presentation Slides: Around 80% done. Sections such as budget allocation, campaign name, and a few key details are still pending.

1. Currently, I am in the process of reaching out to potential sponsors to support our fundraising booth, and I am still waiting for their responses. At the same time, I am carefully managing and updating our budget to ensure that our overall expenses stay within the planned limit. This includes reviewing item costs, comparing supplier options, and making necessary adjustments to avoid overspending while still maintaining product quality.

2. At the moment, our group proposal and presentation are still in progress. The finalization of these components is slightly delayed as we are currently waiting for the confirmed budget details. Once the financial aspects are clearly defined, we will be able to proceed with completing the proposal content and preparing the final slides for the upcoming presentation.

1. As a visual and factual researcher team member, I have assisted in completing the poster by giving feedback and ideas to further enhance the design and wording. Moreover, As a marketing and promotional team member, I have filmed the promotional video footage which will be edited later. Other than that, I have also discussed the decorations of the booth as well as finding a suitable supplier for the decoration items.

2.The proposal and the presentation is in progress and is almost completed. The overall information, products descriptions and others are done. However, we are currently still finalizing the budget and a few other things.

1. Currently, i am making short clip for our products which are laksa, oden and cold brew tea, to show how our product’s look like before the event start. The video will be put into the presentation later after I finish editing the video.
