Group Ideation Discussion
1. What are the top 3/4/5 ideas chosen?
- Lemonade, ring and butter cookies.
2. Discussion process.
- During the discussion process for the product, our team began by sharing individual ideas and inspirations. We considered each member's product wisely.
3. Final decisions (concept & products, how are they decided?)
- We decided to use a wizard-themed booth concept as it stood out as unique and eye-catching. When discussing the product, we explored new ideas like oden, laksa, and cold brew tea, believing that food items would attract more interest than other types of products. The final decision was made during a meeting held after class.

1. Leader, Negotiator
2. We had a discussion and we’re planning to create two new products for the campaign since we couldn’t reach an agreement on the current ones. We’re planning to step out of the box and sell something that UOW is missing that is “delicious food”.
0138510 Chloe Lim
1. Secretary
2. I suggested food items like oden, which the team agreed could attract students due to its affordable cost, simple preparation, and warm appeal. While waiting for the visual team to complete the mind map, I am preparing the proposal and will update the blog once the visuals team are ready.

1.Treasurer & Visual, Factual Researcher
0138920 Hu yumeiwei
1. I'm a buyer
2. First, I'll check with the team leader to get all the details straight: the list of food to buy, quantities, specifications, when it's needed, any special requirements (like fresh or organic), and the budget. Then I'll wait for the leader to confirm what I need to purchase. Next, I'll contact reliable suppliers, ask about prices, whether they can deliver on time, and the quality. I'll pick the one with the best value for money.
After placing the order, I'll keep an eye on the progress to make sure nothing gets delayed. When the goods arrive, I'll check them carefully—making sure the quantity is right and the food is fresh. If everything's okay, I'll settle the payment and file the receipts properly.
